constru\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimento e de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o que tenha, efetivamente, a popula\u00e7\u00e3o afetada em seu centro ainda se apresenta como um desafio no campo dos desastres. \u00c9 a partir desta perspectiva que se configura este projeto de pesquisa. A proposta se inscreve no estabelecimento de uma maior aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o com a popula\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp; afetada pelos desastres, buscando compreender quem s\u00e3o os sujeitos concretos, as vis\u00f5es predominantes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos desastres, assim como as formas de resist\u00eancia encontradas para darem continuidade \u00e0s suas vidas ap\u00f3s o impacto.&nbsp;Encontra-se vinculado ao projeto mais amplo, denominado \u201cMobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o social e enfrentamento de desastres ambientais em Campos dos Goytacazes, no norte fluminense\/RJ\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 22px; Ao considerar os desastres como socialmente constru\u00eddos, as dimens\u00f5es sociais, econ\u00f4micas, hist\u00f3ricas, culturais e pol\u00edticas s\u00e3o consideradas fundamentais junto aos aspectos biogeof\u00edsicos. Inerentes a tais aspectos, a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos diferentes impactos ocorridos nas cidades permeadas por desastres ambientais foi acompanhada pela presen\u00e7a de conflitos, mobiliza\u00e7\u00f5es e protestos.\u00a0Este projeto tem como objetivo identificar e analisar a emerg\u00eancia de processos de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos atingidos, em contextos de desastres ambientais, para o enfrentamento e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus ambientes e da sua vida cotidiana no munic\u00edpio de Campos dos Goytacazes\/RJ.<\/p><p>A proposta metodol\u00f3gica conta inicialmente com uma pesquisa bibliogr\u00e1fica, documental e hemerogr\u00e1fica seguida de entrevistas com moradores das \u00e1reas afetadas, grupos focais, mapeamentos, semin\u00e1rios itinerantes e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o e debate dos resultados da pesquisa com os sujeitos pesquisados.<\/p><p><b>Coordenadora:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span>Prof. Dr.\u00aa\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Antenora Maria da Mata Siqueira\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financiamento CNPq (Edital Universal 2018).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bolsas de IC: FAPERJ (2020\/2022); No sentido de contribuir para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e subsidiar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes segmentos sociais, este projeto objetiva identificar, analisar e localizar espacialmente as \u00e1reas pass\u00edveis de inunda\u00e7\u00f5es na Regi\u00e3o Hidrogr\u00e1fica IX, em seu trecho localizado na mesorregi\u00e3o Norte Fluminense, bem como construir, de forma participativa, propostas de sistemas de alerta.
